Falsche Vorstellungen von einer Pousada
Von einer Pousada hatten wir wohl falsche Vorstellungen. Da diese in der Altstadt liegt, muss man den Koffer vom außerhalb gelegenen Parkplatz bis zum Hotel transportieren. Im Zimmer selbst begrüßte uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch eines Schrankes, das Bad war extrem unpraktisch ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück sehr minimalistisch. Bei vier Sternen kann man doch mehr als eine Jugendherberge erwarten. Ich rate von einer Buchung ab. Wenn man sich den Stress mit dem Koffer ersparen möchte, besser außerhalb der Mauern nach einer Unterkunft suchen.

Very hard to find property. They sent information about parking and said to park behind a business. There were no directions to that business and it did not show up on gps. Finally found the but lot, but it was closed for a special event and we had no idea where to park or how to get to property. They emailed a map of the town but it was very small and hard to read, and had no specific directions of how to find the specific property from the entrance to the walled area. The gps coordinates they sent did not work. We were able to find the castle and some very nice people at the castle hotel assisted us and helped us find the villa. Also: the villa was farther away than it appeared on the website. It said that it shared facilities with the castle property, but it was a few blocks away. Rooms were clean and nice. Would only recommend if they improve communication about location and parking. A simple map with highlighted buildings and parking lots would help. Directions to the parking area from the main roads would help. Communications about the parking lot being closed would help. It made it a very frustrating experience, and we are seasoned travelers.

This property is nice and located in an unusual town/ place. However, our room had empty bottles left, a cat that followed us around (hubby is super allergic) and then was found on the dining table at breakfast time. The amount of "do it yourself" was a bit obnoxious. We would not have booked had we known how difficult it was to traverse the cobblestone with two large suitcases. Thankfully, they honored us having a ground room floor.

May be hard to get to if you do not call ahead
Very well maintained property. Comfortable and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Be aware many ubers will NOT leave you off at the Hotel but rather OUTSIDE the city wall and it is a confusing trek and can be treacherous if you get los with luggage trying to navigate stone streets. Call the hotel beforehand to get instructions. We had no problem getting picked up right in front when we left to catch our bus to Lisbon. Would love to stay here again

We enjoyed the quiet, lovely room and elaborate breakfast. Three suggestions for check-in however since the location differs from the property check-in site... Place a map at the property directing people to the check-in site. And, remind guests of the off-site location, plus a phone number, in the last reminder email sent via Expedia. Other than the check-in confusion (the Google maps name for the check-in site and the property description/signage names differ) it was a great stay. Once you know that you're headed for the castle to check-in, you can't miss it.

城内に立地しているホテル自体は快適なのですが、到着まで大変苦労しました。「荷物を車で運び込むことはできるが、駐車は場外で」という案内は事前にありましたが、大型のレンタカーで行ったので城内に入りづらく大変苦労しました。グーグルの道案内では、現在は通行禁止のところに突き当たってしまいます。結局城外に駐車して歩いてホテルに行きましたが、初めからそうすれば良かったと後で思いました。

O hotel é muito bom, quarto muito confortável, café da manhã bom e excelente localização. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, principalmente o Luís Santos, a quem gostaríamos de agradecer. O acesso para quem está de carro é um pouco complicado, pois o hotel fica dentro da muralha e existe um acesso de entrada de carros e um acesso de saída. O acesso de entrada é um pouco escondido, por isso sugiro que entrem em contato com o hotel antes para que eles possam ajudar. É bom ressaltar que há poucas vagas de estacionamento perto do hotel, não tivemos problemas em estacionar, mas era baixa temporada, e também toda assistência do hotel, inclusive o check-in, é realizada pela Pousada Castelo que fica a alguns minutos caminhando.

체크인 장소에 대한 정보가 잘못 나와있는 바람에 캐리어를 끌 수가 없는 오르막 내리막 돌길을 무거운 캐리어를 “들고” 서너번 왔다갔다 했습니다. Vila예약자도 Castelo에서 체크인 하라고 바우처에 나와 있는데 vila예약자는 vila 건물에서 체크인 해야하는 거였고 vila 소속 건물은 두 개예요. 언덕 위에 하나(방만 있는 건물), 언덕 아래에 하나(체크인카운터랑 방 모두 있는 건물). 직원들이 아주 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗한 편이고 위치도 좋은 편이라 지내는 동안은 나름 좋았는데. 체크인이 너무 힘들었어요. 그리고 체크인을 위해 땀뻘뻘 흘리며 여기저기로 방황했지만 castelo에서 vila로 짐 옮기는 건 직원들이 안 도와줘요. ^^ 그리고 방만 있는 건물의 방은 높이 달린 A4용지만한 사이즈의 창문 하나가 다예요. 방 크기도 작습니다. 조금 더 비싸더라도 좋은 방 할 걸 그랬어요~

The only thing wrong with this place is it's not easy to find. Other than than, the location is awesome, it's very clean, the staff are friendly and the food is great. Very comfortable.

Péssimo.
Hoteis.com errou comigo. Reservei a Pousada Vila Obidos e me direcionaram a Pousada Lidador. Um prédio que parece uma prisão, subir 3 lances de escada com malas, sem que ninguém do Pestana nos ajudasse. Serviço do Pestana é péssimo e ninguém se dispõs a descobrir porque minha reserva foi para a Lidador. Detestei essa postura e nunca mais retornarei ao grupo Pestana.
