The staff are very accommodating and quick to address your needs. It was very clean and quiet and the rooms are an excellent size! With buetiful views of the mountain and valley. It's does seem to be a bit ruff round the edges but like I say it's very clean and very well priced for the area. The only thing we didn't like was that the shower would be cold untill 6:30pm onwards. We would most definitely stay again due to the fantastic staff, cleanliness, fantastic room size and views.

Let's suppose you needed a lavoratory. Recently you used the one next door to this one. Lavoratories usually are about 6 Pesos. This one, 20, and the one before, 17. But the first one had heated seats, music, Smart TV, etc. So, I paid up to get the TV and I requested "quiet." My "stall" had a polyethlene partition between me and the other "guests," (I went to sleep when they stopped chatting and turned off loud TV. Likewise, I got up when they did.) A compound of dogs next door made "quiet," moot. But,..worse was NO internet in my stall. It seems the only service is a column up the center of the bathroom. I later spent 5 hours on a slate slabe alcove watching the games I CAME TO SEE. Of course I complained, and even asked for half my money back after the first day. ...No response from hotel or ORBITZ. You see the toilet overflowed and evidently it was incumbent on me to clean it up.

Everything was excellent! The rooms are spacious, great bathroom with lots of hot water,. There are patios off the rooms that are great for sitting and relaxing. The building itself/property is just beautiful, lots of style. In a great neighborhood! It’s the 2nd time I’ve stayed there! There is even a pool!! The bed was very comfortable! I love the place!!

The best part was the solar heated pool. That's actually VERY rare in Mexico, and we were delighted at the pleasant temperature... in November! Cleanliness, staff, etc were all great. Our ONLY suggestion is to open a restaurant and offer room service, or perhaps an easy way to order locally for delivery. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

La vista es increíble, mucho silencio, un lugar para meditar. Pero las camas son extremadamente duras, las instalaciones no compensan la distancia a los lugares de interés, los medios de transporte al lugar son poco frecuentes y costosos. La zona es solitaria y sin opciones para desayunos o cenas. La atención es apenas suficientemente amable y no saben recomendar la mejor opción de entretenimiento, movilidad y seguridad.

The junior suite was very large and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding local markets, restaurants, etc. Because if the off season, the hotel did not offer breakfast, and a nearby luxury hotel is the only local option for breakfast. There are several local options for lunch and dinner. The Zocolo is only a 8 peso bus ride, or you can get a taxi for 70 pesos. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for quiet relaxation.

El hotel muy bonito y cómodo, la limpieza y la habitación inmejorables, la atención muy buena, pero el teléfono de la habitación no tiene linea a recepción, es más no hay linea. Por lo que si hay un problema en la habitación hay que bajar hasta recepción. Unos huéspedes hicieron escándalo en la madrugada, azotaban puertas, se corretearon por los pasillos del hotel, etc y el personal del hotel no hizo nada por modificar la situación, ni siquiera hablaron con los huéspedes. No hay servicio de cocina, todo debe comprarse antes de llegar al hotel.

We stayed for two nights & I overall it was a good experience! The hotel was rowdy due to a soccer team reservation which is not the hotels fault so for that I will not down because as soon as I asked them to talk to the room next to us, they did so immediately. Although housekeeping didn’t get to our room until I said something, they apologized & took care of it even though I said I no longer wanted them to. The hotel was very clean & I enjoyed the location.

Increible lugar para descansar y gozar de Oaxaca
Todo esta super bien, solo hay tres detalles ....1) la limpieza necesita ser mas a conciencia, esto no necesariamente es un reflejo sobre el hotel sino quizas una camarista floja. 2) la alberca no tienen sistema de calefaccion y dado que esta area es muy fria en invierno ESTA INSOPORTABLEMENTE FRIA. 3) El lugar se anuncia con chimenea en cuarto y esta mal la descripcion lo cual fue una gran desilusion pero nos gusto tanto el inmueble que nos extendimos 4 dias adicionales

Estimado cliente, lamentamos la mala experiencia de la alberca, en cuanto a las camas, si las tenemos solo que su reservación había sido para camas matrimoniales, le invitamos si usted nos prefiere en su pr´xima reserva elija la habitación Jr Suite, es una habitación más amplia con otros servicios y comodidades. En suites Xadani siempre agradeceremos su preferencia.

Un detalle...
No respetaron el costo por el que hice la reservación. Me cobraron más pues me dicen que a pesar que la reservación se hizo para 2 adultos y 1 niño de 11, no es válida porque para el hotel un niño tiene que tener máximo 10 años. Asi que hubo cobro extra. Fuera de eso el hotel es muy agradable y limpio .

GREAT REVIEW OF HOTEL
We loved our stay at the Xanadi. It was a quiet and comfortable and that's all we wanted. We enjoyed most of our free time at the pool. The room itself was spacious and more than comfortable. I would definately stay here again. For some people, the only draw back would be the distance from the center. For us it didn't matter, but it's at least a 3 km walk or an 80 peso taxi ride. What you get is return is a quiet safe and quiet neighborhood. The hotel comes highly recommended.

Hotel limpio y tranquilo, habitaciones grandes
El hotel se encuentra de 15 a 20 minutos en auto del centro de Oaxaca en un lugar tranquilo, agradable y pintorezco de calles angostas. Tuvimos una suite grande, muy comoda y limpia. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy rápidos. El estacionamiento es pequeño aunque la persona de la recepción se encarga de mover tu auto o lo estaciona en un terreno frente al hotel. En general todo muy bien. Lo que pueden mejorar es la señal de internet que era muy mala, además no cuenta con restaurante, sólo ofrecen desayunos muy sencillos y la zona tampoco tiene muchas opciones de alimentos. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.
