The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. „We were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting my son who attends school nearby. The home looks virtually brand new and met our needs perfectly. It’s located within 5 minutes of all the shopping we needed. The neighborhood is under construction, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Chris, our host, was in contact regularly as our trip approached and quickly responded to any questions. “

„The property looked OK online, we got there and things were a mess. Very dirty ,spiders. Everywhere sinks were clogged, trashcan lid does not work by foot. You have to open it with your hand debris and trash underneath. Bushes, landscaping was a wreck not maintained property. Ridiculous. they try to charge this much for something that has not been serviced in months. It looks like.“

„The ad was pretty deceiving and the outside parking / driveway didn’t look like the pictures. there were ants or some kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor in and around the bathroom. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a short shower and there were 3 of us that needed showers so we were left to take cold showers There were no pillows , just pillows with shams on them , so who knows if the shams had been washed.
