„Wonderful stay! Everything was just as I had hoped, comfortable beds, hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes. "Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Hotel machte von außen einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer an sich war eigentlich ganz okay, aber der hygienische Zustand ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Die Bettdecken und Kissen waren stark verschmutzt, überall fanden sich Haare, und auch die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Wir mussten ohne Bettdecken schlafen und uns mit den kleinen Handtüchern behelfen, was sehr unangenehm war. Insgesamt war der Sauberkeitszustand inakzeptabel, und wir waren enttäuscht."
