    The Space:

    Soft ocean air greets you the moment you step onto the balcony, carrying the steady rhythm of the Pacific and the unhurried calm that makes Nuevo Vallarta so easy to settle into. Mornings unfold slowly here - coffee in hand, garden views stretching below, the water just steps away. Days shift between the pool, the beach, and quiet time inside, moving entirely at your own pace.

     

    The condo

    Set in the new tower of the Aria Ocean complex, this entire waterfront condo is designed for up to 2 guests. The interior is arranged with comfort and ease in mind - one bedroom, one bed, and one bathroom - kept clean and ready before every arrival so you can step in and simply enjoy.

     

    Sleeping arrangements

    The bedroom provides a restful place to recharge after time by the water, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for a proper night's sleep. Hangers, an iron, and clothing storage are also available for guests staying longer or traveling light.

     

    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is well-equipped for self-sufficient stays, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dining table. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils round out the setup - whether you're cooking a simple breakfast or firing up the BBQ grill outside.

     

    Outdoor living & shared amenities

    Step out onto your private patio or balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and a hammock, for a peaceful spot in the tropical climate. An outdoor dining area and BBQ grill extend the living space further. The building provides shared access to an outdoor pool and a nearby beach, along with beach essentials including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear. Bikes and a kayak are also available, and resort access allows guests to make the most of nearby facilities.

     

    Comfort & convenience

    Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round. Wifi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace support both relaxed downtime and remote work needs. An in-unit washer and dryer are available at no extra charge, and a laundromat is also nearby. The condo is single level, accessible by elevator, and features a private entrance. Self check-in via keypad ensures a smooth, flexible arrival. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

     

    Important notes

    Fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed, as insects may occasionally appear due to the tropical environment. Electricity consumption is monitored by meter, with a set kilowatt allowance shared after booking and an additional charge of $5 pesos per excess kilowatt based on usage. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only and does not include cleaning or laundry service during your stay. In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description.

     

    Parking

    Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.

     

    The neighborhood

    Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long stretch of accessible beaches, warm temperatures, and the natural beauty of Banderas Bay. You may encounter daytime construction noise nearby. The coastal setting also means small beach insects can appear, and using repellent is recommended for comfort.



    Guest Access:

    Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



    It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



    Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



    The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



    Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



    Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



    The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



    The Neighborhood:

    It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



    Getting Around:

    There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

    As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



    -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



    -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.

    -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



    -Electricity consumption

    Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



    Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

    The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
