As you suggest, lots of our guests choose to base themselves with us and spend time exploring the beautiful Shoalhaven region, including Jervis Bay and local wineries. Being in Nowra means they are close to major shopping centres and other services when needed. Thanks for mentioning car parking too - our secure car park does fill up on occasion but there is always plenty of street parking surrounding the hotel. I believe the property description provided had mentioned about our limited car spaces and hence it is subject to availability. My apologies if the description has been displayed incorrectly in Expedia. I will inform Expedia to make it more clear. I believe the issue with bedding incorrect configuration was notified to reception when you checked in. As soon as it was reported, myself and my reception team Supervisor went up to your room to split the bed into singles as per your request. By default our bedrooms are setup with King beds unless guest mention to split the bed. Typically we receive these requests and guests confirm the special requests have been looked after. As per the discussion we had, I believe you mentioned the block out curtains where not 100% block out and the light was coming from the sides and top. And as per your request, you were moved into another room away from the light source, which our neighbor forgot to turn off when he left his work place. You agreed to pay the additional amount as that was the only room which was available at the time for the entire period of your stay. We always inform our guests of our noise policy but sadly do not have a 24 hours security person monitoring the hallways. But if a guest provides us feedback on the very next day, we will inform all guests on the floor mentioned to be reminded of our noise policy. Please allow me to apologize for the hassle you had to endure.We will strive our best to improve and meet our benchmark with every moment we learn and are shown our shortcomings. But they are eradicated as soon they hit our pest control mechanisms.
