„My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. „Staff at check in were not proactive which led me to returning to the front desk three times before accessing my room. The hotel is being renovated, so there is dust and barriers all over the place. There are no USB chargers in the room, or plug sockets near the bed, which is challenging for charging devices. The staff at the bar/restaurant were more interested in doing anything but serving. The swimming pool/changing room was grubby. All in all a very disapointing visit.“
