Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Wasser aus der Dusche und dem dem Wasserhahn im Bad hat äußerst übel gerochen. Der Geruch hat sich im ganzen Zimmer ausgebreitet. Waschen oder Duschen war nicht möglich. Ich habe das an der Rezeption bemängelt, worauf mir mitgeteilt wurde, das jemand von "Maintenence-Team" nachsehen soll. Bis zu unserer Abreise bestand das Problem weiterhin.

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, vor allem die Bäder und Teppichböden werden hierdurch profitieren. Das Hotel ist aber insgesamt empfehlenswert, wenn es auch nicht im Zentrum von Nottingham liegt.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Zimmer und Hotel sehr ordentlich.Man konnte das Stadtzentrum in gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Frühstück war ordentlich und hatte genügend Auswahl.

I had booked a room with a walk-in shower because I use a cane but found the bed in the allotted room was a bit too high for me, as I told the night manager. The very next day, Tom Jennings, the overall manager, on his own arranged an”accessible” room for me with a lower bed as well. I was so very grateful to him. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff and manager made me feel very welcome. I recommend the hotel highly.

Great hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of town centre so could keave the car parked up for the weekend and enjoy the mulled wine & laced hot chocolates at the Chrismas market. Room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable and had a lovely power shower which was very welcome after long days out in the winter weather. Very reasonably priced too so highly recommended.

The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. It was especially quiet given its location. There was poo marks inside the toilet and hairs in the shower and only one used toilet roll. Staff apologised, cleaned the bathroom and provided free meals for the family which we were very grateful for.
