How about enjoying the great outdoors? Come hit the slopes at Massif du Sud! After a few runs, stop by the sandwich shop, grab a quick bite, or try one of the two meal options at the cafeteria!



During the warmer months, discover the beauty of nature at Massif du Sud Regional Park! Families can enjoy hiking, obstacle courses, geocaching, and river fishing! For hiking enthusiasts, there's Mount Chocolat, which you can climb via the Passerelles Trail. This 7.7 km loop takes an average of 2.5 hours to complete. Looking for an adrenaline rush? How about spending a day mountain biking!



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard guest verification process, you may be asked to choose one of the following options before your arrival to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay:



A non-refundable damage waiver of CAD 20 per night, OR

A refundable security deposit of CAD 750.



If you choose the security deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary pre-authorization will be placed on your payment method 2 days before your arrival.

✅ If no damage is found, the pre-authorization will be automatically released 2 days after your departure.

🔁 For long-term stays, the pre-authorization will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage throughout your reservation.
