Villa Arcobaleno is an exclusive property with swimming pool situated in a commanding position, not far from Noto. The villa has been recently renovated with great attention to details and it’s composed by a main house and a detached annex.

In the main house we find a kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin/double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

In the annex is a third double bedroom with kitchenette, minibar and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The property is equipped with all mod cons, it’s fully air-conditioned, it has Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, three fridges, two dishwashers and a washing machine.

The swimming pool is 6.00 x 12.00 meters, with a depth between 1.20 - 1.50 meters.

Finally, Villa Arcobaleno is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the unspoiled Vendicari nature reserve and the quaint seaside resorts of Portopalo di Capo Passero and Marzamemi.

A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
