Main building: kitchen and living area opening onto a covered terrace with a second outdoor kitchen. Above the kitchen area there is a mezzanine which houses a sitting/TV area.
Bedroom 1: double with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: double-double with en-suite shower room next door. Both have direct access to the pool terrace through large doors . Bedroom 3: double bed, situated on mezzanine next to TV area overlooking bedroom 2 (no en-suite bathroom)
Pool house (under the pool). Bedroom 4: double bed. Bedroom 5: double bed.
Both have a private bathroom with shower. These rooms are accessible from the outside and are not interconnected.

The exterior is dominated by the fabulous infinity pool and its views of the hills and lemon groves of the surrounding countryside. There are well-appointed terraces with cool, shaded seating and dining areas. The grounds also include a vegetable garden and a large, fragrant citrus grove.
