„The hotel is very centrally located and relative close to the Kenroku-en gardens, the main reason we booked this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and though quite limited in their knowledge of english, they did all their best to help us and we always ended with a solution. The room (twin bed non-smoker) was quite big compared to Japan standards, and perfectly clean and airy. A couple of shopping malls with restaurants, as well a Starbucks and a "Vie de France" are within 1 min walk from the ...

„This place was a dream, I had a big room with a beautiful bathtub and the whole place was bliss. The staff spoke great English and were very kind. The Taiwanese breakfast was delicious. I had a massage here which was one the best I have ever had. The location is so convenient for shops, kenrokuen gardens and the the art museum. I would love to come and stay again “

„Schönes Hotel in Kanazawa! Vom Bahnhof aus theoretisch auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel. Samurai Viertel, Burg und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten können mit einem Spaziergang durch Kanzawa erkundet werden. Hotel sehr ordentlich, Personal nett und zuvorkommend.“

„Aufenthalt war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat eine familiäre Atmosphäre was uns gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das gesamte ryokan sehr hellhörig und leider in keinem sehr guten Allgemeinzustand. Die Dielen knarren und man kann wirklich alles aus den Stockwerken darüber hören. Frühstück war okay, insgesamt netter Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte. “
