The hotel was well located and convenient for getting to the park and ride for Norwich and other major tourist attractions. The service at the hotel was superb, there is nothing they wouldn't do for you. Breakfast was a good selection of cooked food and cereals. The Spa facilities and the staff were excellent. Only downside was that we had frosted glass on the toilet door instead of a solid door.but that is personal taste!

The staff are extremely polite and attentive. All of the facilities are clean and well kept. The pool and spa has something for everyone. I’ve never felt so relaxed, even just 30 minutes away from home.

Nice hotel
It was a nice hotel and beautiful grounds, lovely room decor and colour. My friend got a cute birthday card which was a very touching addition and appreciated. Pool was nice and big, hot tub a bit small for a health club probably fit 4/5 max. for the price point, and given that it’s meant to be a spa hotel, it was disappointing that additional fees were payable to use the pool/leisure facilities at £10pp and hiring robes £6pp etc. My advice is to factors those in. Other hotels have these fees included so it’s a bit annoying. The ladies changing room needs updating quite a bit, didn’t take photos but quite a bit of wear and tear with paint, things broken etc. Toiletries are pretty awful for a luxury spa hotel, take your own everything basically. Breakfast was good, but strangely no cheese selection.

We enjoyed a two-night stay in a well-appointed and comfortable room looking out over a herb garden and fields. The room was very quiet despite a storm raging outside on one of the nights. We had nice buffet breakfasts in the dining room but dined elsewhere. The lounge bar for drinks and snacks was also very comfortable.

Hotel was absolutely lovely, had a disco on however when we booked we were told it would finish around 23:30/ midnight however it continued on until 0100hrs making it impossible to sleep.

Very nice room. Nicer staff. Good that Xmas party didnt impact on the rest of the hotel. Not so nice: bath sink had separate hot and cold taps - very 70s And my food was overcooked, overbreaded squid and a small piece of haddock that was full of bones

We loved our stay, from the friendly staff upon check in, to our beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Our room was spotlessly clean, was very peaceful and offered charm that you can only find in England. The breakfasts and dinner that we had while staying was delicious with plenty of choices. What a wonderful stay here me and my partner had! Such a beautiful place, out of the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough by car or taxi to commute into Norwich for shopping. The photos on Expedia don’t do the hotel justice for just how pretty it is. All staff super accommodating and lovely. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice relaxing and comfortable hotel.
We had a lovely, relaxing time at Park Farm Hotel. We stayed in a patio room - it was nice and big, separate bath and shower and well appointed. A couple of knocks and scrapes on walls and furniture but in general good order. Bar and restaurant are lovely with plenty of places to relax. Great service here. Food in the bar was high quality. We used the gym and pool during our stay - £10 extra per person as we hadn't booked direct. Gym equipment was good and pool area was nice - changing rooms and general cleanliness of the areas could have been better. Overall a very good stay!

A lovely stay: recommend
Lovely place to stay. Courtyard room modern, clean and spacious. Bed large and comfortable - but felt too firm by morning, a mattress topper may make it better if I was being very picky. Real coffee bags in both caffeinated and decaf in the room along with tea and biscuits, lovely touch. Bathroom spacious, modern and clean with benefit if shower being fully separate from bath, always a bonus. The restaurants were both great. We ate in the bar for our evening meal our first night; food and service both outstanding, highly recommend. We used the main restaurants for our breakfasts; typical buffet spreads with the option to purchase additional speciality coffees if cafetière doesn’t float your boat. There were a choice of additional fresh hot orders from the kitchen included in breakfast (porridge, Eggs Benedict, Kippers, Smashed Avocado etc) but we didn’t try these as the buffet spread suited us very well. Lovely fresh pastries, fresh juices, and a well-cooked English breakfast buffet. We did not use the spa facilities on this occasion but they looked lovely. Nice touch: the hotel called us after we booked to explain they had a function event on the Saturday evening that would involve music until midnight, and offered us the chance to change rooms. As we were planning to be out elsewhere that evening, I did not choose this option, but as it was the music did not disturb my sleep when I returned at 11pm anyway. Car parking easy, free and close to front door.
