Nicht top wie die lokale Fussballmannschaft
Keine Pantoffeln, Minibar, Minisafe, Body Lotion oder Nähkit vorhanden bspw. Ein bisschen wenig für ein 4(?) Sterne Hotel... Zimmer Service funktionierte auch nicht, da ich keine registrierte Kreditkarte hatte... Beim bestellten Taxi muss man selber erkennen, wann er da ist. Die Sicht aufs Norwich Stadium ist ein Highlight, nice.

die Toiletten- und Wasserspülung enthält etwas wenig Wasserdruck, was aber in England sccheinbar häufiger vorkommt. Negativ zu bemerken ist leider die fehlende Tolettenbürste.

Hotel war gut. Ich war aber mit dem Frühstück unzufrieden. Es hat ca. € 13 gekostet und es war sehr wenig Auswahl bzw. war wenig Platz.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not so happy about "indoor pool" which you have to get out of the hotel to go to the leisure centre which you can enter for free showing your room card. Beds were quite uncomfortable, it gave us back pain for a few hours. Breakfast was okay, not great. Not many parking spaces.

Close to the football stadium. Friendly staff at the reception and at breakfast. Close to the leisure centre. Lovely family room and overlooking the stadium. We really enjoyed our stay and wiuld definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent customer interaction by all the staff. We had a problem at breakfast but the manager in charge could not do enough to resolve the issue. A text book example of how to put things right when an issue occurs.

Easy walk from the train station. Visiting family who live nearby so very convenient location. Even though they are doing refurbishment there was still everything that you needed. Professional staff. Clean room and bathroom.

Brilliant Staff - Great Hotel!
The stay my son and I had was really excellent. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms across the week. The premier room we stayed in the second time was really impressive. Our initial room was in need of modernising. The window was pretty dirty on the outside, and the handle for that window had been taken off - so no fresh air could be let in. You will see from the star rating that everything else was brilliant. And in fairness, the eco-friendly star rating of 3 refers to the fact that it is almost impossible to run an eco-green hotel when so much energy is needed to keep us all warm, safe and fed that it is not possible for 5 stars. We had a great time! The staff are the best hotel staff we have ever had!!

Large room, comfortable beds. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful. They are renovating the building so have to enter through an emergency exit at the back of the building. Not that much of a problem though. My only complaint is that house keeping use the guest lifts when moving between floors. Meaning when your trying to use them in the morning you have to wait whilst they put all their equipment in and out of the lift with little space for you to get into the lift. This happened twice to me and the second occasion I ended up travelling up and down in the lift because i couldn't get to the lift button and the maid didn't have the curtesy to press the lift button for the ground floor. Really annoying.

Don't be fooled by the outside!
The room was very poor, from the missing fridge, mould in the bathroom, damaged toilet surround, broken chair at the desk, stain's in the draw, intermittent working TV remote, air conditioning that sounded like a jet engine even on low and a mattress that had seen better days - just not worth the money.

Great hotel, picked for the location to the football club (some rooms have a pitch view). Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was nice & clean, as was bathroom. Great buffet breakfast, staff constantly restocking items to keep it fresh. If we needed to travel to Norwich in the future we would definitely stay here again.
