Pack up your binoculars and follow the River Wensum through the surrounding countryside and onto Sparham Pools Nature Reserve (0.5 miles), where kingfishers, waterfowl and other native species gather around the former gravel pits. Younger members of the group will love meeting the exotic creatures at The Bug Parc (1.5 miles) or spending the day tackling dinosaur trails and outdoor play areas at ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure (3 miles). The city of Norwich (14 miles) has so much to explore, including a market, independent shops, a cathedral and a castle, while the pretty village of Wroxham (17 miles) is the place to hire a boat and cruise the Norfolk Broads. There are several coastal hotspots nearby, such as Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, and Sheringham (all within 25 miles).


After driving down the private lane and through the peaceful farmland, park outside and step through the front door. You will be greeted by underfloor heating in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Kick back on the cushy sofas and enjoy catching up on your shows on the TV before heading up the few steps to the kitchen/diner. This beautiful, bespoke space has everything you need for a really special holiday experience, with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and even a coffee machine. Once you’ve prepared a hearty meal, gather up around the sturdy farmhouse table for laughter and the clinking of celebratory drinks. From this lovely space, glass doors open onto the enclosed private garden. When it’s time to turn in, pick from three delightful bedrooms: a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. The private, enclosed garden is made for the first coffees of the day, while the dog sniffs around and stretches their legs.
