„From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! He was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a lot of restaurants and bars on the walk down. „It is a small, beautiful B & B between downtown and university. The owners Aylwyn and Don are very nice and accommodating. The room is perfectly adequate, only the shower was very difficult to adjust. The breakfast is delicious and full. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately book a room again on our next stay in Norwich. Please note that the B & B is not suitable for traveling with children. For couples and single travelers it is highly recommended.“

„I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms.“
