„Great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did witness a morning employee behave inappropriately as a result of the night clerk leaving some tasks undone. She used a lot of foul language, yelling and screaming. It was the lady with the bleach blond hair. The other staff apologized over and over for her behaviour. Not fair to give a bad rating for all the others. She needs to get a hold of her emotions and be more professional. Other than that it was great. “

„Generell wie die meisten neueren aloft sehr schön und modern. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, bei dem zu bezahlenden Preis kann man in einigen Punkten allerdings mehr erwarten. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ok. Das Grobe wurde gereinigt, hat man allerdings Malmö die Ecken geschaut, sah es dort eher nicht so schön aus. Der aufpreispflichtige Valet-Service ist nicht sonderlich schnell und es herrscht immer Chaos vorm Hotel. Enttäuschend war der Pool, welcher sich als etwas größere Badewanne ...
