„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options.“

„Your a tourist and want location as a priority for your stay, this hotel could not be better in Rochester. Modern and in great condition, you can rest on a firm after walking the nostaligic neighborhood full of museums and good restaraunts.“
