„Austin at the desk was very friendly and helpful and room was clean. However the website was very misleading on amenities. The free breakfast was not good and barely warm, coffee was nasty, hot tub had a gross film on top of the water and the outside was very sketchy. Very rundown and disappointed with the hotel with misleading photos and details of this establishment both inside and out. The only plus was the very kind and helpful Austin that worked at the desk. „The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy.“
