„The Remington Suite Hotel lives up to it name of being a suite hotel. We had a very nice and spacious suite with a large bathroom, large bedroom and a large Livingroom with a refrigerator. Everything was very well appointed, It was very clean and centrally located one block from Texas Street and some of the casino hotels. The staff was very friendly. It also provided a nice complementary breakfast in the lobby area.“

„I live here in Bossier City Louisiana. My sister was in town from South Carolina decided to spend the weekend at a hotel just to relax so we chose the Hilton Garden great choice down to be very helpful and inviting and the bartender Michael made our weekend Unforgettable I felt like I was on vacation I can’t wait to go back after the renovations are done even though I live here that will be my Alone time Spot. „Die Zimmer wurden nicht gesäubert bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Nächten. Valet Parken wird Wochentags nicht für Hotelgäste angeboten. Der nette Pool war unsauber, Zigarettenschachtel und Strohhalme im Wasser, Zigarettenkippen unter den Liegen“

„Nichts von VIP zu spüren. Man wollte Upgrades verkaufen. Zimmer sind riesig und gut, im Hotel konnte man (Montags) nicht einmal vernünftig frühstücken.“

„Great experience “

„Check in was pleasant and she helped us check in to a non-smoking room when I mistakenly chose a smoking room. It was a holiday weekend on a Saturday so it was extremely busy. The room was clean except for the bathtub. Dining was okay. Casino was okay but I’ve been spoiled by Vagas. Otherwise it was a nice experience. If I find myself in the area again I’ll likely try somewhere else. “

„Very nice staff where were incredibly helpful and responsive. The gym was very run down and none of the machines worked. They could have had a water dispenser there and some dumb bells. Please fix the machines.“

„I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid. The staff was superb in every area.“
