„The property was great. Super clean, simple but super functional unit, and low chaos as it was on the quiet outside corner of Big Cove. The launch ramp and dock were so user friendly. Only ask: It would be great it the sofa pulled out into a twin bed. I give it a solid A- and look forward to getting a larger group of fishermen and a few cabins for the next trip. „The property was just as described. A wonderful little home away from home. It is more like a smaller one-bedroom than a studio . Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Lindsey, the property manager, was very attentive for any needs we might have had. If we are ever in this area again this is our first choice, and the price was very affordable for us seniors.“

„My wife and I were looking forward to coming back to Chico. We hadn't been back for couple of years and were coming back to our homfetown of over 40 years before retirement, to attend a wedding of our good friends' son. The wedding was formal, tuxedos, back dresses, the whole thing.We traveld over 200 miles and got into town the day before the wedding. Needles to say, we were very disappointed when we started to get ready for the wedding the next day to discover that we had no hot water in the ...

„The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.“

„I used to stay at this property many years ago when it was a motel on the lake. It has been updated and was a very comfortable place to stay when I spent a few days at the lake to take care of family business.“

„We had a great stay in the Garden Flat. Great location to walk anywhere in Shasta. Unit was exactly as advertised. Easy check in and great communication with host. The bed was really soft and not to my likening, but by no means would it stop me from staying again or suggesting anyone I know from staying here. “

"Die Fenster waren nicht dicht. Es war sehr laut. Die Handtücher etwas angegraut und schmutzig. Beim Versuch deine warme Dusche zu nehmen hatte man die Duscharmatur in der Hand und mußte kalt duschen. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt und die Duscharmatur vorgelegt. Dies fand die Dame lustig. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Beim Frühstück, das auch kein Highlight war, war jeder Toast einzeln in zwei Folien eingepackt !!! Ein Hinweis, daß das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer ist, wäre hilfreich. Das war auf den Bildern für uns nicht zu erkennen. Insgesamt war es zu teuer. "
