„A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. „More than adequate for our overnight stay. Loved the nautical theme. Self check in was straight forward. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected along with coffee/tea facilities in the room. Definitely recommend. Would have liked a room with a sea view but it was only a short walk to see the sun set. “
