„This was an awesome place to stay for a solo trip to the Hills. Having a private firepit and an abundance of firewood was very nice. The house was exactly as described. Small and very cozy with all amenities needed, plus more! The house was along a very wellmaintained gravel road, but not busy at all. The hosts Jim and Marci were very friendly and responsive. This trip and stay will forever be one of my favorites! If you are on the edge about booking it, you should book it!“

„The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and sent recommendations on things to do! The space was immaculate and had lots of nice amenities. Being able to do laundry was a life saver! Obviously, we wished the hot tub was available but the outdoor space was still super nice and private. The only thing missing was maybe some plates and silverware so we could warm up leftovers and save some money. Otherwise, so perfect!“

„This is our second time staying at the cottage. The owners updated the living room furniture and kitchen appliances which was a great improvement. The location to Hill City is great. The house is perfect for our needs. There is a detached 2 car garage that I was able to but my 2500 Chevy truck and motorcycle into. This is a huge plus for us with the weather that can pop up in the hills. We will stay here again. “
