„We had a great stay! It was nice to be close to the beach, although, everything else is a bit of a drive. Just be sure to get all of the groceries you need on the way in so you don't have to run back and forth to the store. Food Lion is about 15 min drive and Walmart a little further. They do have a nicely stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is peaceful there at the end of the island, which makes up for the fact that restaurants are a bit limited nearby, too. „Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent. ...

„My family and I booked this condo for an October stay and we loved it! We had enough room for 2 toddlers and 5 adults. We utilized the 2 pull out beds and they worked great for 2 adults. There were plenty of sheets and towels for all of us. The weather wasn’t great for our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities, but we still enjoyed the ocean view. „The condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. It was very clean. They provided everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The view was excellent with balcony access from all the bedrooms. The grounds with both pools were also clean and people were very friendly. The only complaint that I have is with the Wi-Fi, it is a community wifi and it is extremely slow. I tried to work while we were at the location and at times it was impossible.
