„Der Check in war miserabel. Das 1. Zimmer war noch belegt und muffig. Das 2. Zimmer war nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten. Angeblich war ein Missverständnis zwischen den Buchungsorganisationen und unser gebuchtes Zimmer sei nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war gebucht für 3 Tage, aber am 2. Tag war die Einlasskarte gesperrt, weil wir angeblich das Zimmer verlängert hätten. Das wurde dann geregelt, als wir ca. 18.15 zurück von einem Ausflug kamen, war das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt und fehlende ...

„die Unterkunft ist sehr gerämiig, sauber mit toller Ausstattung. Sie hat eine gute Anbindung an Geschäfte und Restaurants undliegt in einem ruhigen, sicheren Stadtteil mit einem tollen Blick auf Auckland. Leider ist auf dem Balkon die Lüftung sehr laut und lässt sich nicht abstellen.“
