„Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. „The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating.
