„When we got out of the elevator on our floor there was a large bag of trash, and several tiles missing in the ceiling. It smelled like mildew in the halls. The first room we walked into had not been cleaned yet, so they switched us to a different room. Then when we got into our new room, there was hair all over the floor of the restroom and the pillowcases were dirty and stained.
