„Cozy space near the beach. Construction noise was not bad. We really didn’t notice it as compared to the reviews we read about online. Overall it was a great stay. We will stay there again if my work trip comes back to this location. Only complaint was that the HVAC vent in the bedroom was always blowing cold air like a hurricane when the AC was keeping the property cool. My wife slept on the couch due to that issue. There was no easy way to adjust the vent to direct the AC cool air ...

The water is shallow, warm and peaceful - at times almost glasslike - but you do get the sound of the surf that you’re looking for at the beach. We saw several dolphins and manatees from our balcony.
