„Katastrophe!!! Bad und Wohnraum schmutzig und roch sehr stark Schimmel. Duschraum schimmelt vor sich hin.. Undichte Tür ermöglichte größeren Insekten (Kakerlaken) in unser Zimmer zu gelangen. Nächte waren kurz da alles sehr hellhörig war.“

Our bedsheet had unpleasant stains on it, handles on the furniture were missing or broken, the shower curtain had a lot of black mold growing on it. No soap and no toilet paper in room upon arrival. Breakfast was included but only continental or filipino. With a room rate of 4000 pesos none of this should occur.
