„Cleanliness- bathroom tile grout need cleaning. Seen a few cockroach coming out of the drain in the bathroom. The bathroom faucet is moving. Need to tighten up fixtures.
Staff are very nice and accommodating. Just need to quiet or lower thier voices early in the morning. I totally understand, the morning staff are busy, but lower down thier voices. We can hear thier conversations throughout the hallway. The walls are not sound proof. Too early, people are still asleep. “
