"Das Hotel war sehr schön gelegen, man hat sich sicher gefühlt. Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und überheblich. Andere wiederum extrem freundlich. Das Zimmer mit 3 Betten ist sehr klein, aber es geht für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Lüftung im Bad hat dauerhaft gebrummt und in einer Nacht ist scheinbar die Heizung im Hotel automatisch angegangen."

Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption (Self Check-In), Check-Out bis 10 Uhr (oder £20.00 Zuschlag), Gepäckaufbewahrung £10.00. Die Lifte sind chronisch überlastet (Empfehlung: Treppe benutzen in den unteren Stockwerken)."
