Studio direkt am Strand mit einem einzigartigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Es liegt im Dorf Kiveri, nur wenige Kilometer von Nafplio, Mykene, Epidaurus und den meisten archäologischen Stätten in Argolis entfernt.
Studio-Apartment ist ein großes Zimmer 30 qm.
Das Studio-Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und ein Baby.
Wohnung hat einzigartige Meerblick Balkon in Argolis Golf wie in Fotos.
Studio-Apartments bestehen aus einem großen Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche.
Vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein steiniger Privatstrand, nur wenige Schritte entfernt und genießen jedes Mal das Schwimmen. Außerdem wird Sie der Blick vom Balkon, besonders der Sonnenaufgang, beeindrucken.
Das Apartment befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Rande des Dorfes Kiveri. Alles, was Sie brauchen, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Tavernen, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Minimärkte sind zu Fuß entlang eines Gehwegs zu erreichen, der sich am attraktiven Felsenstrand entlang windet.
Kiveri Dorf ist ein kleines Fischerdorf zur Meerseite des historischen Argolis Golf. Von dort aus sind die berühmtesten Gebiete des antiken Epidaurus (45 km), Mykene (20 km), Nafplio (12 km), Tyrins (12 km), Argos (12 km), Tolo (20 km), Nemea (27 km), Korinthos (59 km) und Antike Olympia (160km) mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Athen ist nur 150km weit weg mit dem Auto. Im Winter, wenn Sie Skifahren oder Snowboarden lieben Kalavyta (125km) ist der beste Ort zu besuchen.

Bushaltestelle ist nur 500m von den Apartments entfernt. Es gibt Strecken für Argos den ganzen Tag die Erreichbarkeit im Dorf einfach.

Lage und Service traumhaft - Anfahrtsbeschreibung absolut ungenügend (Note 6), weil nicht geliefert

Die Lage war, dem Bild entsprechend, wirklich traumhaft, direkt über dem Meer mit genügend Schatten. Das Zimmer wurde mehrmals zwischendurch gereinigt und sogar die Wäsche gewechselt! Toll! Leider haben wir weder eine Adresse noch eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung erhalten, so dass wir die Wohnung eineinhalb Stunden lang suchen mussten.Eine Zumutung ersten Grades!! Die Koordinaten konnten wir nicht verwenden! Ihre App war für uns nicht verwertbar, da wir über ein Microsoft-Smartphone verfügen, das weder Android- noch Iphone-Apps verarbeiten kann. Der Vermieter, den ich angerufen habe, sprach ein Englisch, das am Telephon fast gar nicht, und auch im persönlichen Gespräch kaum zu verstehen war. (Ich spreche und verstehe gut Englisch!) Vor unserer Abfahrt hatte ich Fewo eine e-mail geschickt mit der Bitte um eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Ich habe keine Antwort bekommen; wollen Sie da eine positive Bewertung? Fazit: Die Leistungen vor Ort waren bestens - die Betreuung von Fewo absolut ungenügend!

Very very nice - but ...

All those very positive statements about the apartment, the area and the landlord are true and very right. But there are 3 points i would like to make: (1) there is some traffic going on the road just behind the apartment blocks, (2) the balcony of our apartment was separated from next door neighbour's by a plastic wall - so we could listen to his radio / tv all day (fortunately he was only there for 2 days), and (3) there seem to be a lot of music clubs all around the bay - if you like base lines like dum-dumdum-dum all night from 1 till 5 in the morning during the week end you are fine. We were there first two weeks in June, which is low season and very quiet during the week. Don't know what it will be like later.

Wonderful stay in a very pleasant appartment, nice and quiet location with a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Very friendly and hospitable people. Only point of criticism is a disco on the orher side of the sea the whole night on Friday and in the weekend.

Idyllische plek aan het water in dorpje aan de Golf van Argos

Elke morgen was het uitzicht vanaf het balkon weer een feest: helder blauwgroen klotsend water en aan de overkant glooiende heuvels. Je kunt met een trap direct naar het (steen)strandje beneden. Het appartement is maar 30 m2, maar heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien: een heel goed tweepersoonsbed, compacte maar prima kookgelegenheid, goede wifi. Vanaf het appartement loop je in een kleine tien minuten langs het water naar het haventje en het dorp. In de omgeving zijn veel Oud-Griekse bezienswaardigheden, zoals Mycene, het theater van Epidaurus en Nemea. Het populaire en mooie havenstadje Napflio met veel winkeltjes en restaurants is een kwartier rijden.

Sejour dans un très beau cadre

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement et la vue est effectivement conforme à ce que nous avons vu chaque matin. Très bien situé il permet toutes les découvertes du Péloponnèse que l'on veut, il faut seulement aimer un peu les routes de montagne! Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque et, si nécessaire, Christos est facilement joignable par téléphone, MMS ou mail. Le ménage est très bien fait, tous les 3 jours une personne nettoie et change ce qui doit l'être. Attention toutefois: les appartements se situent en dessous du niveau de la route et ne sont donc accessibles que par un escalier (facile, mais 15 marches par étage tout de même). Nous y retournerons volontiers une prochaine fois

Breathtaking location in a small village

Absolutely breathtaking apartment view! Kiveri was a great tiny town with a bakery, butcher, small grocery store, and multiple restaurants. It is a great town to get away and enjoy peace and quiet. We went for 8 days in December and saw one cloudy day. There is fairly consistent public buses going to Argos and Nafplio - both great towns to explore, especially Nafplio. The bus departs and arrives from the Supermarket and the bus drivers were very helpful. It's 1.80 Euro per person per ride. The only thing that could be negative is that very few people speak English in Kiveri.

Wonderfull stay in Kiveri

We had a wonderfull stay in the waterfront appartment and enjoyed also Kiveri, the little charming village with perfect bathing possibilities. The water is fantastic. We traded in the fantastic bakery og the other shops. You must also visit Naflio! We enjoyed our waterfront terrace very much. We think, that better view would not be found. It was our second stay ang we come back.

Wonderful place !

We enjoyed our holidays in the beautiful apartment very much ! We recommend a stay on this place ! Christos was very helpful and friendly. He even helped us to rent a car at a good price. His mother Maria was very hospitable too and she speaks French very well. We enjoyed a chat with her ! The apartment gets five stars : clean, well equipped, with a beautiful terrace where you get the most beautiful view on the bay of Argos. Watching sun rise from this terrace is an unforgettable experience ! Descending the stairs and having a swim in front of the apartment is something you dream about when you're back in rainy Belgium. The apartment is situated on a quiet place in the small village of Kiveri. No mass tourism, but an authentic Greek atmosphere. Good restaurants and small shops where you can find everything you need. A small, nice beach too. Kiveri is near to several ancient places: Mycene, Korinthos, Mistras, Tiryns, Argos, Nafplio,... We would surely like to return to this beautiful place !

real Greek village of dreams

This is what we were dreaming of when we planned our Greek vacation, real Greece, a village with peaceful sea, beautiful taverns, amazing bakery, all walking distance from the most beautiful terrace you can imagine, with the view of historic Nafplio across the bay. Beaches have taverns taking care of large umbrellas and you can have beach chairs if you get a drink. Easy driving distance to Epidauros ancient theatre, Mycenes, Athens trip was so easy to make from Kiveri and you are so happy to come back to our little village. Everyone is so pleasant, especially our hosts, Christos and his sweet mother. Both are there for you for whatever you need making sure that everything works for you. We are looking forward to coming back to Kiveri. All the reviewers were right about every point. There is no better souvlaki than in Milli, it is worth a short drive, ice cream in Nafplion, and numerous taverns with great fish around the walk along Kiveri beaches. The best walk is from and back to the studio. Studio is clean, IKEa style, very comfortable bed, terrace from dreams, we LOVED it. Thanks Christos, hope to see you soon. Zdjelar family from Canada

Flat by the sea

Excellent flat with very honest owners who want you to have a good time and are on hand if anything went wrong. Clean Ikea goods rather than twee folksy fit-out, which is perfect for a holidaymaker. The flat is small of course although the redeeming feature is the balcony over the sea which makes the space feel bigger than it is. There is a Baby Belling oven in the kitchen which is a little erratic and there really isn't space for the microwave (which is v handy) so cooking dinner is awkward although manageable. Washing clothes is by hand only (the owners kindly leave washing powder for you) and there is a line on the balcony to hang them on. DO use the air-con in summer otherwise the heat build-up is oppressive. The water is down some steep steps and feels private for the accommodation that lines it, so you can swim easily without crowds- do take aqua shoes as it's very rocky. On the whole it's a lowkey and pleasant place, you do not feel like you are in a resort rather you are on holiday with Greek families enjoying themselves, which is great.

Perfect holiday :)

Kiveri is a little village located beautifully at Argolida Bay, if you look for quiet and not crowded place to enjoy your holidays don`t hesitate to come here - it is a perfect choice. The small apartment ( but enough space for 3 adults) we found on the internet turned out to be nice, clean and well equipped place to stay . You `ll find all you need to prepare a meal , have a comfy sleep and enjoy the amazing view from the balcony to Argolida Bay with a glass of wine. Couple of stairs down to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the warm sea and it is 5 minutes walk to get to Kiveri centre with its tavernas . Christos is nice and helpful guy who will answer kindly all your questions and give you some useful advices about places to visit , good tavernas etc. We loved our stay and will absolutely come back to Kiveri !

Una serie di appartamenti forniti di tutto il necessario anche per chi vuol cucinare in casa,assolutamente molto puliti ed i proprietari disponibilissimi.A picco sul mare con ottima vista .40 scalini e si è in mare.A 500 metri spiaggia attrezzata dove lettini ed ombrelloni sono gratuiti ed in cambio si chiede di consumare qualche cosa al bar che fa servizio direttamente al vostro ombrellone.Non si può dire che ci sia vita nottuna ma se volete Napflio è a 10 comodi chilometri.Micene ed epidauro comodi da raggiungere se siete in macchina.

I've been in KIVERI with my girlfriend for 9 days, and we spent beautiful days there. Te studio apartment was small but with all the comforts, and an awesome view of the sea from the terrace. The owner was very polite and helped us with every request or courtesy. We recommend it for couples, families and averyone that want relax and tranquillity. In 15 minutes by car you can also reach Nafplion, with it's shops, tavernas and history.

The perfect location for a relaxing holiday

My wife and I have visited Greece many times, and this time we wanted to return to the Pelopponese, near to where we stayed on our first visit. We wanted to be near to Nafplion, and seeing the location of these apartments, and reading the excellent reviews by previous cusomers, we thought this would be just right. We wanted a relaxing holiday, but we did have a car for the two weeks, so were able to visit some of the ancient sites, and towns such as Nafplion, Nemea, Palio Astros and Argos. We had the studio apartment, and without doubt it was by far the best accommodation we have had anywhere in Greece. It was clean, well decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The cooking facilities were good, and we actually cooked dinner on several evenings...something we have never done before. The balcony, and its panoramic view of the Nafplion Gulf kept us mesmerised for many hours, watching the small fishing boats ply their way back and forth as they have for thousands of years, all with the back-drop of the mountains surrounding the gulf, constantly changing as the sun moved around. The tavernas nearby are very good, and the staff very friendly. We particularly liked the nearest one, "the Canaries", a mere 50 metre walk from the apartment. There you can have a look at the fish in the fridge to make your selection. All of it is fresh and caught locally. Make sure to ask for a portion of "horta" to go with your fish: a sort of steamed green vegetable, delicious with olive oil and lemon juice. We only met Christos once, but his mum was around all the time, and she is very friendly and helpful. She doesn't speak English, but speaks very good French, as we do, so communication was no problem. Christos told us that the best souvlaki is to be found in Mili, about a kilometre up the road towards Nafplion, and he was right! It was delicious. If you have a car, take the 20 minute drive down the coast to Palio Astros, a charming little fishing port/resort. The Rembetika fish taverna there is a must...all the fish is caught by the owner, and again you are invited to go and have a look in the fridge to see what you want. Don't expect to know the names of any of the fish though! There are two small supermarkets in Kiveri, and though the owners don't speak English, they are very friendly. The bakery, opposite the big petrol station, is excellent, and the deli/butcher nearby very good too. There is no bank or ATM in the village: Argos or Nafplion to get cash.

Just Right!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Right on the water, walk the path to fish tavernas - everything. There were 3 of us traveling as an adult family together, so the size of the apartment was perfect. We were there in early May which is a bit before season, so we found the village of Kiveri a bit sleepy, but could see the potential for the summer months. I would suggest getting there before dark and finding the coast road to Nafplion during the day rather than trying to find it on the out of Nafplion back to Kiveri at night. We got completely turned around and drove the wrong direction out of Nafplion on our second night. Once found, it is a quick and easy trip from Kiveri to Nafplion and vice versa. There is much to see in the area and this is a great base to see it from. Morning coffee overlooking the Aegean can't be beat. If you drive to Palamidi Fortress, you can keep going past the fortress turn off and find a great beach with beach tavernas just outside Nafplion. A great place to stop for some sun or an afternoon Ouzo. I would definately book this apartment again. Cristos will meet you there and is available anytime if you need him.

peace and serenity

the home of Mr Palagios is perfect for who wants to stay near the beach and forget the car, is in a litle house with a wonderfull sea view balcony, where is fantastic stay only for watching and relaxing yourself. The Kiveri city has all yuo need , the beach is clear and the water trasparent. mr Palagios is very gentle and also his mother. The greek people are fantastic and personaly hope to return next time. Great Studio in Kiveri

My wife and I spend almost 2 weeks in Greece, spent some time in Athens, Skopelos island and then in Kiveri on the mainland in the Peloponnese area. We were met by Christos on our arrival who really made us feel welcome. There were cold drinks, cookies etc waiting for us and an amazing view, not to mention the fact that the beach was right below us. I really enjoyed the underwater sea life and the amazing water. A great sunrise, pleasant walks along the waterfront, and variety of tavernas make this a great location. Epidaurus the ancient amphitheater, ancient Corinth, Tolos beach, the fortress at Napflion, the Byzantine city at Mystras were all easily accessible by car. We'd love to bring our kids here someday, a great place with plenty to do. The only think I missed was internet access, which I think is normally available. Thank you Christos for a great location and great hospitality.

Studio appartment in Kiveri

My friend and I decided to travel to Greece and try something else than the porpular icelands which atracts many turists every year. We didn't know much about this area and nothing at all about Kiveri, but the beach and the distance to Athen made us book the studio appartment. The appartment hvis really nice and clean and the stunning view of the bay was perfect. There was a private beach, rocky so its a good idea to bring shoes for the water, but it was nice and with sunbeds and some chairs. Kiveri is not very turisted, the few turists we met was from Greece, and even though all the locals was very friendly and kind, not many people spoke English. We didn't rent a car but used the busses, which was ok. Don't count on it to be on time though. We went to the bigger towns, Argos and Nafplio and especially Nafplio was much more turisted, which was a good contrast to Kiveri. We spent 5 nights in Kiveri which was a fine amount of time, when you don't have a car to go where ever you want. Christos was very helpful and there was no problems at all.

Fabulous place to stay

I rented the Studio for over 3 weeks in June 2010. Christos was there to greet me and his preparation of the Studio was superb. The fruit, bakery items and drinks were a terrific welcome. He kept in regular contact by phone and the Studio was very well cleaned each week. Kiveri is a wonderful place to stay if you are holidaying in Greece. The sparkling Mediterranean is directly below your balcony and there is a great view across the bay towards Nafplio . The sunrises are magnificent. Restaurants, tavernas, minimarkets and bakery are within walking distance along a walkway which winds along the attractive rocky beach. Kiveri is an idyllic fishing village and lovely and quiet in the off season. The town fills up in the summer both with locals from the general area and, of course, tourists. Argos is half an hour to the north by bus and Nafplio a further half hour around the bay. Historic Mycenae is a little north of Argos and well worth a visit. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation. It is in a lovely position for a relaxing, feet up holiday. Thankyou, Christos, for your hospitality. Bertram Genat
