„Die Lage des Gästehauses ist ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden zu können und auch vom Bahnhof innerhalb 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Team, insbesondere Karen, hat keine Mühe gescheut, uns "late arrival (nach 6.00 p.m)" zu ermöglichen und war auch sonst äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um diese historisch bedeutsame Stadt entdecken zu können. “

„The rooms are excellent “

„Stayed for two nights and a weekend break for two. Location is excellent but it is on Steep Hill and it’s named that for a reason. We couldn’t drop off outside parked down the hill which was a big mistake. Make sure you park above the place. The room was excellent and was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could want. The cafe is underneath and has great coffee and friendly service and you get 10% discount as a guest. Highly recommended and a great location to explore wonderful Lincoln. “

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again.“

„An amazing hidden gem! A lovely setting, the pub was great with a huge beer garden and play area and the hotel was lovely and clean and VERY quiet - we didnt hear other people inside or out on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Beer garden was right outside our window and very busy with families and kids playing football but could not hear a peep in the room. Room also had air con but wasnt very good, and we used our Shark fan we had brought from home knowing it was a hot weather week. We ate in the ...

„We had a delightful one night stay at Brampton Dales. The farm is at the end of a lane with beautiful views across the fields. We stayed in one of the upper floor rooms which cosy and welcoming (and surprisingly cool despite the heat wave). The bed was veru comfortable and we had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast was devine with freshly baked bread, home made jams and a generously sized English breakfast to set you up for the day. Staying at Brampton Dales is like staying in another time ...
