„The Good: The cabin was beautiful and well equipped. The fireplace was also a nice and the bed was comfy. The Bad: Directions and navigation were a problem. Turns and signposts were not well marked/visible. When we were having trouble finding the property, the host said they couldn’t speak by phone, only text. When we told her we were having trouble, her reply included the GPS coordinates, which were not helpful. It also would have helped if we had been told a 4-wheel drive vehicle might be ...

„The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten “
