„A very nicely designed room, everything was quiet and comfortable. The intersection getting out of there was poorly designed and backed up. Everything else was great.“

A couple problems with front desk staff, I asked the night clerk for 12:00 checkout, she said fine, morning clerk said it was not noted & he couldn’t let me do it. I was there for a procedure at United hospital & needed to lay down in between. “

„Upon check in the guy at the front desk was very short. Called to make sure our room was ready, handed us the key and walked away. Didn’t explain times of breakfast, when pool closes, etc. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, however, not enough wash clothes for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good, the lady in charge of the breakfast was so accommodating and kind. So was the lady working the front area. Checkout was fast and pleasing. Will def be back! “
