„Beautiful Property, But Management Ruined the Stay The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and had great potential for a wonderful trip. Sadly, Luxury Lodging’s mismanagement turned it into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. Our confirmed 2:00 PM early check-in code didn’t work. „Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). „We enjoyed our trip to NYC. Our host was very kind and friendly. The appartment was nice, well equiped but just a little bit cold. The central heating was set too low. But portable heaters allowed us to warm up two rooms. Basically we can recommend a stay in this appartment.“

„I was in Hoboken to attend a conference at Stevens. The apartment's location is great, very short walking distance to both Washington St. and Stevens. The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!“

„This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. “
