We were a little surprised it was a basement apartment- it looks like it's an upper level space in the photo. It was nice and worked for us, but hardly luxury. Seemed a bit deceptive w the photo and luxury description. The blinds are outdated and clumsy, the lighting could be much better with dimmers and floor lamps and the stools were cheap and uncomfortable. Simple solutions ...
