The Palms is an architecturally designed four-bedroom North Avoca retreat for up to 8 guests, with a private pool and hot tub set among tropical gardens. Gather in the open-plan living areas, cook in the concrete-island kitchen, enjoy movie nights in the 85-inch home theatre, or stroll to North Avoca Beach.



The Space:

Designed for families and groups of up to 8, The Palms pairs light-filled open-plan living with private outdoor spaces framed by tropical gardens. Soaring skillion ceilings, expansive living areas and a custom Preston Hunter kitchen give the home a distinctive architectural feel.



Four bedrooms sleep 8 guests:

- Bedroom 1: king bed, walk-through robe and private ensuite with freestanding bathtub beneath dual skylights

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

- Bedroom 3: queen bed

- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds

- 2 bathrooms



Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, outdoor furniture and dining area, plus a BBQ grill for relaxed meals outdoors. Inside, the dedicated home theatre has an 85-inch 4K screen and popcorn machine, while the rumpus room includes a built-in bar, bar fridge, sink and dishwasher.



The kitchen is made for shared meals, with a sculptural concrete island, oversized butler's pantry with additional sink and workspace, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and full cooking essentials. Practical comforts include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware and board games.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire property, excluding the garage. A private entrance, self check-in via smart lock, and free parking on the premises are available. An EV charger is also available.

Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, Coast Hosting requires a digital copy of your ID and card details through a secure online guest check-in form. A refundable $2,000 security bond is held for the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe, in accordance with strict privacy laws.



Exterior security cameras are on the property. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays are allowed.
