„Overall the experience was a plus. There is no on-site parking, you do have to walk to your vehicle. Also the neighbors are extremely loud. Upon arrival the property was clean except for the floor had not been swept. Other than that the host was great and our stay was amazing!“

„A very nice stay. Very well organized and avoid location. Beds allow a great sleep. If you might not like small bathrooms and a neighbour you can hear walking on the upper level you might consider another place but we did really like the place.“

„Great location - very close to attractions, large home, loved the kitchen area. Note that one of the half baths is in the basement which is locked. There are actually 3 full baths and 1 half bath accessible to guests, not 4.5 as listed.“

„Der Gastgeber hat uns nicht zu der vereinbarten Zeit getroffen, die Kommunikation war grenzwertig. Wir kamen hier in einen extremen Stress, und waren kurz davor eine neue Unterkunft zu suchen. Das Bad wird vom Gastgeber mitbenutzt und ist teilweise dysfunctional. Wir können niemanden empfehlen hier zu übernachten. “

„Ich war eine Woche in diesem schönen, neuen Haus und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber, hat genug Platz und befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Gebiet. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Die Vermieter Damaris und David wohnen nebenan und sind sehr gastfreundlich - lassen einem aber auch die Privatsphäre. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.“

„Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. “

„We really enjoyed our stay with Diana and Dean. Communication was wonderful, the place was spacious and the beach literally across the street. We only spent two nights but would go theragain bc a heartbeat. If you would force us to recommend improvements it would be a few more glasses in the cupboard. Thanks for having us, it was great“

„A very talented person put this space together and utilized every inch of space. Everything you could need is provided. We arrived a day early to attended an event at the Wayside Inn. The location was perfect as we did some site seeing to Concord center, Kimball’s ice cream and Monument Park. “
