„This trip wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lynn the General Manager of Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal. I reached out because I was younger than the required check in age and was having problems with my trip. Lynn quickly solved my issues and got back to me making sure I got a room and I had an incredible stay thereafter. Thanks again to the Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal, Lynn, and the whole team.“

„This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.“

„Perfect for what we wanted. Property was nice, pool was clean, good location.“

„Great property in a convenient location.“

„This house was amazing! Even better in person!“

„The staff and housekeeping was on point! Very friendly, always greeted us when we came in from going out daily and wished us a great day when we left. The room was nice size and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the morning was enough, it stayed the same daily, but was enough to choose from and Very tasty! We stayed for 2 weeks and the laundry room came in handy also, nice and enough for our needs. I would definitely recommend and I personally would stay again. “

„Everything was perfect! The breakfast is generous, and the rooms are clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and fresh towels are provided.“
