„Our first night we were without power all night until 6am due to a storm that went over us. The second night was fine, until we were woken up by a fire alarm. There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.“

„We made a last minute reservation to the hotel due to the weather emergency in our area. The staff was very nice at check in. The room appeared very clean and nicely decorated. However after getting settled in we noticed the toilet had a noisy leak. There was. some black mold in the shower and the air conditioner rattled.
