The living room had an abundance of good reading lights which is something that many rental cottages lack. It was lovely to hear the babbling river as we enjoyed happy hour on the sunny deck. „Really nice property located about 10 minutes outside of Fenelon Falls. Property has been beautifully updated and has all needed amenities. It’s a short walk from the lake at the end of the road. I did book thinking the property was directly on the lake but wasn’t overly disappointed that it was a backlot with slight slivers of lake view from the property in front. „What a beautiful location. Sunrise and sunsets on the dock, a generous sized cottage with modern air conditioning, kitchen appliances and wifi (fast and even goes up to the docks!), sitting area for marshmellow bonfires, huge BBQ, and a large garage full of fun things to use. It was just so charming. We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving thanks to this place and we cried when we left it. Coming back to Bobcaygeon! Thank you to the owners.“

„The place is not as it is described and full of dirt and black molds plus strange insects on beds. The sheets are not clean at all and you have to wash them be careful. I would give zero star if I could as I am really disappointed. We had to sleep in the car“

„Loved our experience at the Blue House. The open concept living rm/kitchen was great and better than shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the house had all we needed for our stay. The host even organized the drop-off of a space heater for one room that was a bit cold, so we were very comfortable. The only improvement would be the dishwasher, since it doesn't clean the dishes very well, even when rinsed. A few more glasses would also be helpful.“
