„I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not ...

Personal am Front Desk nicht übermässig freundlich. Housekeeping nicht zuverlässig, obwohl zumindest kleiner Service jeden Tag versprochen wurde beim Check in. Sofa im Zimmer mit vielen Flecken, Balkon könnte mal gewischt werden, Teppich etwas unappetitlich. “
