„Much more than pictures showed. Nice clean very well kept cabin. This place is hidden off in its own quite place very near the river. We were there for our daughters wedding and wanted a nice place to relax for the weekend. We were able to visit with family in the park area and on the nice walk around porch. We had a nice night and didn't have the worry about bothering neighbors. It's a great place to get away from everything. Cabin has all the necessities. Excellent place 5 stars is not enough ...

„This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort.“

„Turkey Lodge is a beautiful home. So peaceful and beautiful, high in the mountains (8,700 feet more or less). Wild life and birds were fun to watch. My husband and I and my daughter's family of four had so much fun. And even though we worried it wouldn't work for the six of us, it was enough space with all the decks and outdoor living areas. Kaycee, the manager, was very responsive.“

„Needed a break from the hustle a bustle of life took the family for a weekend of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. Very nice home, fishing, people your deal with and as an added bonus Frank was a delight a true blessing of a man took time to help get us on the fish and directions for any questions we had just a good human being. Rained all weekend and we still had the time of our lives fantastic memories. We will definitely be back.“

„The cabin is a treasure- immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pretty plates, the bed in the master had a good mattress and the linens and towels were luxurious. The living room was cozy and the deck was the perfect spot to recharge from a day of hiking and watch the hummingbirds. Initially I was concerned when I read that a 4-wheel drive vehicle was required but we had no problem with our Honda CRV.“

The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with necessities and the views are unbelievable. „The property was very nice and overall our stay was good. One problem is that the neighborhood was affected by a water main issue that lasted for a day. However, it appears the issue happened once before as well. I understand the water supply is out of the property management's control and the manager did organize the ability for us to use another rental's bathroom.
