I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top...“

„The people who worked there were nice and tried to helpil, but: Dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty pillow. Sheets in both rooms dirty. In second room 4/6 towels had stains. The actual blankets were yellow. An AC that would not shut off and as loud as a vacuum cleaner. Even though the switch was set to off it would turn on every 5-10m. I couldn't sleep. Asked for a different room, but the same model every where. “
