„Was clean and friendly nothing to complain about “

„I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top...“

„It was a nice clean place“

„The people who worked there were nice and tried to helpil, but: Dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty pillow. Sheets in both rooms dirty. In second room 4/6 towels had stains. The actual blankets were yellow. An AC that would not shut off and as loud as a vacuum cleaner. Even though the switch was set to off it would turn on every 5-10m. I couldn't sleep. Asked for a different room, but the same model every where. “

„We are in one area but have to travel between work (truck driver) school , and various church missions. Thisocation makes it possible to stay in one location without having to lug out belongings everywhere. It is quiet, friendly, peaceful, and nobody bothers you. The stay is like having your own apartment in a peaceful and pleasant environment. I like that I have one set place without worry. The staff is wonderful and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and make things possible. ...

„Illiterate check-in personnel. Room filthy, broken, poor maintenance, cleaning, dirty towels still on bathroom floor, horrid odor, blood sprayed on wall, party in parking lot, etc.“
