„Wonderful place for our family trip to Devonport. Being a midwinter trip we were worried it might be cold but plenty of extra blankets were provided and heating was great. Very comfortable beds including sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for exploring don railway, penguins at Lilico beach and heading into Devonport. “

„Apartment was large, clean, good facilities, good location (Burnie is pretty small). A bit of noise from the docks but didn’t annoy us. It’s an unattended accomodation so you’re basically just left alone, fine for us. Ample instructions re keys etc given. Only downside is the parking is in a lot across the street, not a big problem but could be inconvenient for some. Spots are reserved for you though. We were happy.“

„Basic, adequate accommodation. Lots of nice touches. Clean. Having the washer and dryer was great. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. The heater would only go on 0 or 4, so it was difficult to manage warmth. A bigger bin in the kitchen would be useful. “

The horses, geese, goats, calves & chickens, plus the really warm, cozy and beautifully furnished cottage made for a totally delightful stay. Renee and Jamie were really accommodating and welcoming, and were happy for us to join them feeding the animals. We will definitely be back. Thank you! “
