„We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Copperhead. Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff, especially Denise, was very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the huge, wraparound porch. The Flying Trout had great food and live entertainment. Not mentioned in other reviews is that it is close to an Appalachian Trail access point on Route 19. All in all, a very relaxing mountain hideaway.“

„We got a room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The air conditioner kept turning off and we woke in the middle of the night extremely stuffy and warm. It was quite challenging to get a temperature that was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed with this hotel.“

„Property was nice and clean including our room that was well cooled from the May heat. The staff was not helpful and seemed inattentive especially at checkin. The breakfast was terrible with stale packaged pastries and yogurt was clabbered. Coffee was ok but cups held about 4oz. Parking and WiFi were fine.“

„This hotel is pretty clean, but they pipe in some kind of scent that was WAY too overwhelming in the lobby and hallways that gets sucked into the rooms. It made me feel ill. We forced ourselves to go to bed before 9pm so we could checkout before the sun came up. The hotels location is right next to interstate 75 as well. Very loud traffic noise did not help with the stay either. This was most definitely a one and done.“

„The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out.“
