„I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞“

„Everything was great clean and it was located close to downtown. Bed was comfortable apt was clean and cool. I went on a brewery tour while I was in town and was never more than a 10 min uber away. The garage is kinda tight so I would suggest large trucks park in street parking. “

„This place was so comfortable, and in a perfect location. While there was some noise from upstairs due to the thin walls, the overall experience was still peaceful and enjoyable. There was also white noise speakers in the rooms to help you sleep that was amazing! I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Memphis!“
