The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. „Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised“
