„My husband and I first time visiting and the views of the Chateau Elan Winery and their resort was beautiful! Our view from our room was directly towards it. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Free breakfast. We had access to the resort and enjoyed their lounge. Issues: We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold, but we did not have a microwave. We had to go to the lobby to heat up any food we had. „A nice place to stay: we felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. i liked the text correspondence with manager. I requested clean towels for our second night through text and was promptly answered and serviced. Our bed wasn't made up but I don't know if that is a new thing occurring since Covid? At the time of our visit, the elevator was not working but we had access to the service elevator which worked just fine.“
